Prices for our steaks, roasts and special cuts are based on an average weight. Each product description includes the average weight and price per pound.

Weights for ground beef and smoked products are as listed.

Each package is weighed prior to delivery to ensure our customers are only paying for what they receive. As such, the final total at delivery may differ slightly from the checkout total. We try our best to keep it as close as possible to the checkout total, but a customer may receive a small refund or have a small charge added at pick-up or delivery.
