Fill your freezer with a half beef from Lazy SV Ranch. A half includes a larger quantity of all the cuts we offer. T-Bone, Rib and Sirloin Steaks, Cross Rib, Sirloin Tip and Round Roasts, Stew Meat, Short Ribs and Ground Beef. Final weight depends on the size of the animal. Price includes the cost of cut and wrap. Smoked meats are not available with this package. Soup bones may be added upon request.
