Cross Rib Roast

Cut from the Rib on the front quarter, Cross Rib Roasts are the quintessential Sunday Dinner roast. Leaving some of the ribs in the roast add great flavour to the broth making it a great base for gravy. This roast will also shred beautifully for BBQ beef.

• Average package weight is 3.5lbs, $7.80/lb.

Product prices lists for each cut are based on an average weight. To make sure customers are getting exactly what they pay for, each product is weighed prior to packing. As such, the final price at delivery may differ slightly from the checkout total. We try our best to keep it as close as possible to the checkout total, but a customer may receive a small refund or have a small charge added at pick-up or delivery. We will communicate any changes in the total prior to delivery.
