Blade Roast

Cut from the Chuck on the front quarter, Blade Roasts are tasty roasts well suited for the slow cooker or smoker. This roast shreds nicely for BBQ beef and beef dip sandwiches.

• Average package weight is 3.5lbs, $7.60/lb.

Product prices lists for each cut are based on an average weight. To make sure customers are getting exactly what they pay for, each product is weighed prior to packing. As such, the final price at delivery may differ slightly from the checkout total. We try our best to keep it as close as possible to the checkout total, but a customer may receive a small refund or have a small charge added at pick-up or delivery. We will communicate any changes in the total prior to delivery.
